We will review the documents, build your case and submit it to Google to get your account unsuspended with AI.

We have set up an AI agent to help us with the communication with Google to cut down on time and money.

If all required information is not provided, the refundable deposit may be forfeited, and additional fees could apply for the additional communication needed to proceed.

STEP 1. Navigate to https://business.google.com and select the profile you want to manage. If you only have one profile it will bring you directly to your profile.

Please note: If you are auto logged into a profile be sure to double check it is the correct company.

STEP 2. Click the 3 vertical dots icon to the right of the Profile strength text.

Please keep in mind that the text could differ but the three vertical buttons will still be there.

This will show you a drop-down with Business Profile settings as the first choice. Please select this option.

STEP 3. Click the “People and access” section. On the next screen click Add. Add help@suspended.support as a manager.

Have you already checked all of the emails listed as owners/managers for resitricted accounts?(Required)

Please check here https://myaccount.google.com/restrictions If they are restricted please remove them from your GBP. If the owner account is restricted please add new owner account before removing the restricted owner account. If this works your deposit will be refunded.

We will hold the $199 until a decision is made by Google if we are not able to get it unsuspended in 90 days you will be refunded fully. If any information is missing, blank/fake by the Agency/Client you will forfeit your refund options. We are able to keep the cost low by gathering all the data ahead of opening the case with Google.
